Meet our Team

Hi my name is Renee Quintana and I’m a Colorado native who has grown up watching my father flip properties all over the Denver metro area. Both him and my mother were serial entrepreneurs which I am now thankful for. I have also carried that trait throughout my adult life. 

 

My professional career started when I obtained my bachelor's degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies. I went into the juvenile corrections field and started working with at risk teens in a pre-trial release program here in Denver, CO. I then transitioned over to Denver Juvenile probation and was a case manager for the Drug Court program. 

 

Fast forward several years and I ended up in banking for 11 years. The last 5 years of my career had me focused on business lending and commercial real estate lending. 

 

I took an interest in building a real estate portfolio several years ago and recently started learning about investing and creatively purchasing properties.  As I’m growing I found a way to marry my real estate investments with purpose and giving back to the community. 

 

I started talking to recovery programs who consistently gave me feedback that they didn’t enjoy searching for their next recovery residence and so Properties with a Purpose was born. I have taken a personal interest in recovery housing because alcohol abuse has been very prevalent in my family.
